Art is the Founder of Danielian Associates Architecture + Planning.  Since the firm’s launch in 1968, Art has led the DA Team to a 50 year history of award-winning residential architecture.  He is a recognized expert, industry speaker, and has become a sought after mentor for his extensive experience developing innovative home concepts, master planned communities, and market-driven design.  Just a few of Art’s numerous distinguished accomplishments include acceptance into the AIA College of Fellowship in 1982, the Max Tipton Award by the BIASC / Orange County Sales & Marketing Council, the Rodney Radom Award at the Pacific Coast Building Conference, and the Lifetime Achievement Award at USC’s 61st Architectural Guild Awards.  In 2002, Art was the first architect inducted into the California Building Industry Foundation Hall of Fame for his many contributions to the industry.

A proud graduate of the University of Southern California School of Architecture, Art maintains active involvement with his alma mater and participates in numerous ULI, AIA, CBIA, HBA, and industry associations and committees.
