Jeff Stevens is the Director of Planning at Danielian Associates leading a team of urban planners, land planners, policy planners and urban designers.  Jeff brings over 20 years in urban planning and design to the Danielian team and works in tandem with the architecture studio to bring comprehensive design solutions to each of their unique clients.

While Jeff has worked on a number of projects in China, Mexico, and the Middle East, his primary focus has been crafting and adapting American urban and suburban landscapes to accommodate population growth with form, function, sustainability and resilience as guiding principles.  In the process Jeff has written over ten specific plans entitling thousands of homes in communities in southern California.  In addition, he has extensive experience with multi-disciplinary teams, integrated planning and design, project management, and cultural sensitivity gained through his work and travels to more than 40 countries.  In this age of social media, tactical urbanism, and the increasing pace of environmental transformation, urban planning has never been more exciting and Jeff’s passion for planning resonates throughout each project that comes across his desk.

Jeff received a Master of Landscape Architecture from California State Polytechnic University Pomona and a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Southern California.  He is a LEED Accredited Professional for both Neighborhood Development (ND) and Building Design and Construction (BD+C).  Jeff maintains active involvement with numerous industry organizations, including ULI, BIA, APA, ASLA and USGBC.
