JoAnn Lee-Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and architectural experience to her position at Danielian Associates.  Having worked and lived in the United States, Europe and Asia, her firsthand experiences with various cultures and wide range of architectural styles are reflected in her creative process and thoughtful execution.  Additionally, she is directly responsible for implementing Danielian’s staff development programs and college recruiting efforts.

JoAnn excels at managing both large and small scale projects and is an effective communicator who appreciates the art of keeping the team engaged.  A true advocate of the DA culture, she is frequently found mentoring younger project managers and leading the team’s charity and volunteer efforts.

JoAnn received her bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of California at Berkeley and completed graduate studies management from the University of Southern California.
